Andrea Roth ,a first generation Scottish-Dutch Canadian,was born in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. Her first theatrical appearance was in Helen Keller Miracle Worker when she was 11. Her breakthrough role was when Sally Field hired her to play her daughter Eleanor in A Woman of Independent Means (1995). In this period piece she aged from 16 to 60.
She has one daugher, Ava Reese Biermann, born on March 29, 2010 to her boyfriend (now husband) Todd Biermann.
